St. Louis, MO, September 23, 2009: In response to the rapidly changing housing markets, several Missouri Property Appraisal, Inc. employees from Audrain and Callaway counties have journeyed to St. Louis, MO to participate in The U.S. Department of HUD-Federal Housing Administration’s FHA course instructed by Daniel R. Gomez, Jr. of the Denver Homeownership Center. Those who took the course include Brian Holden of Mexico as well as Randall Herring and Kenny Herring of Fulton. This course equips appraisers with the knowledge necessary to properly appraise real estate that will be backed by the Federal Housing Administration.
